Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE OF FOOD ITEMS:
1) We only allow exchange of food items if they are defective, sent wrongly or sent in the wrong size. Wak Wak Market Singapore must be notified within 24 hours from the time it is received.
2) To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with original tags on and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3) To exchange, kindly contact us at enquiries@wakwakmarket.com.sg, explaining the reason for exchange. Once we approve, you may send the item to the address provided within 7 business days.
4) We will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the exchange of your item/s. Initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5) Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
6) Sale items may not be refunded, returned nor exchanged.
7) In the event of goods damaged during delivery, kindly provide a clear photo of the damaged item and the corresponding receipt (in your email / SMS) within 24 hours upon receiving it. Replacements will be investigated on a case by case basis.

2) To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with original tags on and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3) To exchange, kindly contact us at enquiries@wakwakmarket.com.sg within 7 business days from the date that you receive your order, explaining the reason for exchange. Once we approve, you may send the item to the address provided.
